Terms And Conditons

Subscription: Subscriptions are billed at Annual or 4 Week Intervals. Subscriptions include access to the Voice AI system, setup, and support as outlined specifically in each package.

Included Usage: Subscriptions include bundled minutes. Unused minutes roll over and do not expire.

Minute Types:

Basic Minutes – Used for phone-based interactions (inbound and outbound calls)

Premium Minutes – Used for web agents and advanced Voice AI processing.

Usage & Billing: All usage is tracked automatically within the platform. Any usage beyond the included minutes is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and processed automatically through the platform based on actual consumption. Overage is applied in real time depending on the type of minutes used (Basic or Premium).

By using the system, you acknowledge and agree that usage-based charges will be automatically applied based on actual consumption of AI minutes.

Upgrades & Add-Ons: Advanced features, including database reactivation campaigns (DBR), outbound AI agents, and follow-up automation systems, that are not included in your existing package and may be added as separate services or upgrades.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for maintaining accurate CRM data, providing necessary access, and ensuring compliance with applicable communication and consent regulations.

Third-Party Infrastructure: Voice AI services rely on third-party providers. 8020 Ops is not responsible for outages, delays, or performance issues caused by these providers.

Performance: The system is designed to improve responsiveness and lead capture. Results depend on lead flow, responsiveness, and operational follow-up.

Pricing Adjustments: 8020 Ops reserves the right to adjust usage rates or agency margins with notice in the event of material changes to underlying infrastructure costs.

Fair Use & Abuse: Excessive or abnormal usage patterns may require review, re-scoping, or pricing adjustments.

Cancellation: Annual subscriptions are priced accordingly and a full 12 month commitment. Early cancellation does not prorate or refund remaining time. Accounts are assigned to the owner and may be not transferred, sold or resold.

System Access: Failure to maintain an active subscription or outstanding balance may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property: All systems, automations and customizations developed by 8020 Ops remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Client data remains the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability: 8020 Ops shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from system usage.

Agreement: By submitting payment and/or using the system, you agree to these terms.
